Objectius del projecte
Objetivo Principal: Mostrar la actividad antitumoral del BNT111 + cemiplimab (grupo 1) en lo que se refiere a la tasa de respuesta objetiva (TRO) de acuerdo con los criterios RECIST 1.1. Objetivos Secundarios: • Evaluar la actividad antitumoral de cada monoterapia (es decir, BNT111 y cemiplimab, respectivamente) en lo que se refiere a la TRO de acuerdo con los criterios RECIST 1.1. • Evaluar otros indicadores de la actividad tumoral del BNT111 + cemiplimab y de cada monoterapia de acuerdo con los criterios RECIST 1.1. • Evaluar la supervivencia global del BNT111 + cemiplimab (grupo 1). • Evaluar el perfil de seguridad y tolerabilidad del BNT111 + cemiplimab, así como del BNT111 y el cemiplimab en monoterapia. • Evaluar la calidad de vida relacionada con la salud (CVRS) de los pacientes tratados con BNT111 + cemiplimab y de los pacientes que reciben BNT111 y cemiplimab en monoterapia, determinada mediante el módulo central de 30 ítems del cuestionario de calidad de vida de la Organización Europea de Investigación y Tratamiento del Cáncer (EORTC QLQ-C30).
