Objectius del projecte
Objetivo Principal: Objetivo principal de eficacia •Evaluar el intervalo de 3 años libre de recurrencia (ILR 3a) en todos los pacientes con cáncer de mama HER2[+] (puntuación de IHC 3+) con nódulos negativos en estadio inicial y no tratado previamente. Objetivo principal de seguridad •Evaluar la tasa de deterioro del estado de salud global a un año del inicio del tratamiento neoadyuvante. Objetivos Secundarios: •Evaluar RPC •Comparar tasa RPC según estado RH y estadio tumoral •Evaluar CTR •Evaluar la tasa de CCM •Evaluar tasa respuesta objetiva •Evaluar correlación entre resultados finales de RM y cirugía CCM, RPC y CTR en cirugía •Analizar tasa ILR a 5 a •Analizar tasa SLA a 3, 5 a •Analizar tasa SLR a 3, 5 a •Analizar tasa SLRD a 3, 5 a •Analizar tasa SLE a 3, 5 a •Analizar la tasa SLEI a 3, 5 a •Analizar SG a 3, 5 •Analizar tasa SECC a 3, 5 a •Evaluar perfil toxicidad cardíaca tras 1 a trat adyuvante según CTCAE del NCI v.5.0 •Evaluar perfil toxicidad general según CTCAE v.5.0 •Evaluar CVRS según cuestionarios QLC-C30 y QLQ-BR23 de la EORTC •Evaluar índice pacientes que han necesitado quimioterapia Objetivos exploratorios •Identificar biomarcadores dinámicos que puedan predecir respuesta al trat de estudio o pronóstico de respuesta de cáncer de mama •Identificar características tumorales que puedan estar asociadas a respuesta al trat de estudio
