ENSAYO CLÍNICO

Objetivos del proyecto

Objetivo Principal: Primario: Para evaluar la seguridad a largo plazo de las administraciones subcutáneas (SC) repetidas de lanadelumab en adolescentes y adultos con angiedema no histaminérgico con inhibidor de C1 normal Objetivos Secundarios: Secundatio: -Evaluar la eficacia a largo plazo de lanadelumab en la prevención de ataques de angiedema -Caracterizar la farmacocinética (PK) y la farmacodinámica (PD) después de la administración SC a largo plazo de lanadelumab -Evaluar la inmunogenicidad de lanadelumab administrado de forma crónica -Evaluar el efecto de lanadelumab en la calidad de vida relacionada con la salud (HR-QoL) -Evaluar la experiencia del sujeto con la inyección -Para evaluar la seguridad y eficacia de lanadelumab en sujetos que cambiaron al régimen de dosificación de 300 mg cada 4 semanas lanadelumab (q4wks)
