ENSAYO CLÍNICO

Objectius del projecte

Objetivo Principal: Demostrar la superioridad de giredestrant respecto al tratamiento de referencia en la prevención de la recidiva del cáncer de mama Objetivos Secundarios: - Evaluar la eficacia de giredestrant en comparación con el tratamiento endocrino elegido por el médico (TEM) en términos de supervivencia global y otras medidas - Evaluar la seguridad de giredestrant en comparación con el TEM -Definir la farmacocinética de giredestrant. - Determinar las puntuaciones de utilidad del estado de salud de los participantes tratados con giredestrant en comparación con el TEM
