Objectius del projecte
Objetivo Principal: Evaluar la eficacia del tratamiento adyuvante con osimertinib medida por la DFS a los 5 años, en el conjunto de análisis completo (full analysis set [FAS]). (Cohorte de EGFRm frecuentes) Objetivos Secundarios: - Evaluar la eficacia del tratamiento adyuvante con osimertinib medida por la DFS a 3, 4 y 5 años (cohorte de EGFRm poco frecuentes) - Evaluar además otros parámetros de eficacia del tratamiento adyuvante con osimertinib a los 3, 4 y 5 años (cohorte de EGFRm frecuentes) - Evaluar la seguridad y tolerabilidad de 5 años de tratamiento adyuvante con osimertinib (ambas cohortes) -Evaluar los episodios de recidiva (ambas cohortes)
