Objetivos del proyecto
Objetivo 1: Implementar el diagnóstico molecular y seguimiento de pacientes basado en ómicas de alta escala para guiar la estratificación del riesgo y la terapia personalizada. Objetivo 2: Ampliar el patrón mutacional de la LMA, incluidas las regiones no codificantes del genoma. Objetivo 3: Explorar los paisajes moleculares de la LMA con predisposición a la línea germinal. Objetivo 4: Desarrollar un modelo de enfermedad in vivo para evaluar la relevancia funcional de distintas alteraciones y la eficacia de las terapias dirigidas. Objetivo 5: Monitorizar los biomarcadores moleculares conocidos e identificar nuevos capaces de establecer un tratamiento específico para cada paciente así como predecir su evolución. Objetivo 6: Evaluar el efecto de los resultados de WGS y WTS en las decisiones de tratamiento e implementar una Unidad Clínica de Fase 1.
